• to follow up about your car and the service you asked about.
• to send the first-service discount and occasional emails, if you signed up for them.
• to see which pages and ads actually bring customers in.
• to keep the forms free of spam and abuse.

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage:

• Google Analytics — measures visits, pages, and where people arrive from.
• Meta Pixel — measures what happens after someone clicks a Facebook or Instagram ad, using cookies Meta sets in your browser.
• Session storage — holds the random session ID and the campaign tags from your first page, for the current tab only.
• Admin sign-in — a login cookie that applies only to the shop's own staff using the admin dashboard.

Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will keep working. To opt out of specific tools:

• Google Analytics opt-out — a browser add-on from Google that stops Analytics from measuring your visits.
• Meta ad preferences — controls how Meta uses your activity for advertising.
• Industry opt-out — opts you out of interest-based advertising across participating companies.

Browsers can also send a “Do Not Track” signal, which has never had an agreed meaning across the web. This site doesn't respond to it.

We use a handful of outside services to run the site and follow up with customers. Each one gets only what it needs to do that job:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — our advertising and its measurement. When you send a form, we also send Meta a scrambled copy of your name, email, and phone, along with your IP address and browser details, so it can match the lead to the ad you clicked.
• Google Analytics — website traffic measurement.
• Klaviyo — our email list. It holds your name, email, phone number, and what you asked about.
• Amazon Web Services — sends our email and stores images for the site.
• MongoDB Atlas — the database holding form submissions and site statistics.
• Our website host — runs the site itself.

We don't sell your personal information or hand it to data brokers. We may share information when the law requires it, or to protect the shop's rights and safety.

If you take the first-service offer or ask us to keep in touch, we may send occasional emails about services and promotions. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply or email us to come off the list.

Emails about work we're actually doing on your car aren't marketing, and you'll keep getting those while the job is open.

We keep lead and customer records for as long as we're working with you, or as long as there's a fair chance you'll be back for service. Website statistics are kept so we can compare traffic over time.

Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're required to keep something for tax or legal reasons.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what information we hold about you.
• correct anything that's wrong.
• delete your information.
• stop sending you marketing email.

The site runs over an encrypted connection, staff accounts use individual logins with hashed passwords, and only the shop's team can see submissions. No website can promise perfect security, but we keep access tight and review it as the site changes.

This site is meant for adults arranging vehicle service. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.

Our parts store, our social profiles, and the Google map on the contact page are run by other companies under their own privacy policies. Loading that map also tells Google you visited the page.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
