Arrival & Intake
The camera comes out before the straps come off. We film a full walkaround while the car is still on the truck, then shoot a timestamped photo set and write up condition, mileage, and fuel level as received.

In Our Care
The car lives indoors for its entire stay — covered, on a battery tender, and moved only by our technicians. As work progresses you see it happen, and nothing beyond the agreed scope happens without your approval.

Before Your Car Ships
A few minutes of prep makes the pickup smooth and protects you at both ends.
- Leave a quarter tank of fuel or less — carriers require it
- Remove valuables, garage remotes, and toll transponders
- Photograph the car yourself before pickup, inside and out
- Send one key with the car and keep the spare
- Include the wheel-lock key and any tool kit the car needs
- Tell us about alarms, kill switches, or lift-mode quirks

The questions out-of-state owners ask before their first transport to us.
- Can you work with a transporter I already use?
- Yes. Many of our out-of-state clients have a carrier relationship they trust, and we're glad to work inside it. Give them our address and your service dates, and we take it from there — scheduling the delivery window, meeting the truck, and documenting the handoff the same way we do for transport we arrange ourselves.
- Should the car ship enclosed or open?
- For an exotic, we recommend enclosed transport every time. It protects the car from weather and road debris, keeps it out of sight overnight, and carriers running enclosed equipment are used to low splitters, liftgate loading, and soft tie-down points. When we arrange transport, enclosed is what we quote.
- Can my car arrive before my appointment date?
- Yes — carrier schedules shift, so we build slack in on purpose. If the truck shows up days early, the car is received with the full intake process and stored indoors until its slot in the shop opens. There's no waiting on the street and no rushed handoff.
- How do I get updates while the car is with you?
- Your contact at the shop sends photos and video as the work happens, and anything beyond the agreed scope is discussed with you before we touch it. You can call or email at any point — the person who received your car is the one who answers.
